I enjoyed the proximity to the Shin-Fuji Station, making it super easy to travel around. My room had an electric kettle and a flat-screen TV, which added convenience and comfort. The buffet breakfast included a mix of Japanese and Western dishes, and I found it delicious during my stay. However, the check-in time was quite strict, only after 4 PM, which felt a bit inconvenient. The mattress in my room was too thin and firm for my liking, so it made sleeping challenging some nights. Also, the communication with the staff regarding a late check-in was stressful due to the language barrier. It took several attempts before I could ensure that my late arrival would be accommodated. While the hotel was clean and tidy, these issues impacted my overall experience.

The hard bed made for uncomfortable nights!!! Also, charging for extra towels and only providing one pillow was disappointing. I'd prefer some access to streaming services like YouTube or Netflix, given the hotel’s otherwise modern feel.

The view of Mt. Fuji from my room was simply breathtaking! I loved relaxing on the bed while watching sumo wrestling on the TV. The location next to the Shin-Fuji station made my travels extremely convenient, and the nearby supermarket offered a variety of goods, which was a delightful surprise.

Great base for our group trip! We enjoyed the breakfast buffet every morning and loved the stunning views of Mt. Fuji from our room. It's super close to the station, which made it easy for us to visit the Fuji lakes and hike around. For fun, I recommend taking a drive to enjoy the local countryside. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was relaxing.
